From March 2021, it is planned to launch the production of amino acids. This is a non-stop business, it will operate 330 days a year. There are already buyers for its products, in particular, an agreement has been reached that the amino acids will be bought by a world trader, who is the largest supplier of these products to the European market.
By the summer of 2024, the so-called BNBK-3 prospective development project is expected to be commissioned. It involves the organization of the production of vitamins, amino acids, starch products, glucose production. This will enable the production of fundamentally new products for both Belarus and the CIS countries - vitamins (B2, B12, C) and new types of amino acids (valine, leucine, isoleucine).
Special attention is now paid to the procurement of raw materials and the logistics of their supplies. It is planned that 700 thousand tons of grain will be processed here a year, and the first deliveries will be carried out literally in the coming days. The purchase is carried out at world prices. In this regard, the President drew special attention to the need to cover the needs of BNBK at the expense of domestic supplies. "A good price, 700 thousand tons of grain should be sold to BNBK," he stressed.
It is expected that modern agricultural production will produce marketable products worth $ 650 million a year, receive $ 300-350 million a year in net profit.
BNBK expects that with the commissioning of the main objects of the investment project, they will initiate the organization of an agricultural holding in the Minsk region, by analogy with how it was done in the Vitebsk region.
Separately, they discussed the social protection of employees. Their number after the full launch of the investment project will be about 2.1 thousand people. The average salary of workers now reaches Br1 thousand. To attract specialists, two residential buildings have already been built in the Druzhny settlement, there will be a total of 24, while workers can expect to purchase rental housing at cost price after 10 years of work at BNBK enterprises. As it was reported to the President, housing was built at a cost of $ 632 per 1 sq. M. Alexander Lukashenko instructed to focus on this price when building housing in Minsk.
The investment project is being implemented by the Belarusian National Biotechnological Corporation CJSC. For 2016-2032, it is planned to organize the production of deep processing of grain using modern methods of biotechnology with the receipt of irreplaceable amino acids for the production and entry to the local and export markets of highly productive balanced feed and premixes.
