We have mastered the production of the most popular types of cutters in turning and all standard sizes for them. We order components for cutters and carbide plates from our partners-tool manufacturers: Sandvik Coromant (Sweden), ZCC-CT (China).Since the plates are consumables for the cutters and the need for them is almost daily, we have included the production of our own plates, which includes the following operations: grinding; polishing; optimization of the geometry of the cutting edges; single-and multi-layer coating of the plates with high-strength materials; finishing polishing of working surfaces.
In 2014, a production building was built and put into operation in the vicinity of Minsk, on the premises of which the production of turning tools and replaceable polyhedral plates (SMP) for them was organized in the same year. This production was registered under the name "Private Production and Trade Unitary Enterprise" Novodvorsky Tool Plant " (abbreviated name NINZ).
