The main directions of development of activity in the construction industry are an increase in the volume of construction and installation work performed for OJSC "BMZ" - the Management Company of the "BMK" holding, the construction of facilities with budgetary financing, as well as housing construction using improved production technologies and improving the quality of work. The company has a “Service Center” for the provision of services for the production of metal blanks and metal products, reinforced concrete products (fences, paving slabs, floor slabs, lintels, etc.), commercial building mixtures (mortars, concrete, expanded clay concrete).
Construction unitary enterprise "Zhlobinmetallurgstroy" is a young, fast-growing construction organization, founded in 1994 as a structural division of the largest plant in the Republic of Belarus, OJSC "Belarusian Metallurgical Plant - management company of the BMK holding". The scope of our activity is the construction of buildings and structures, as well as the performance of construction, installation and special works. All types of activities are carried out only on the basis of a license.
