Hot-dip galvanizing, as well as degalvanizing with subsequent galvanizing, passivation are performed for metal products, large-sized metal structures, cable support systems and products made of thin sheet metal. Galvanizing is performed both outside and inside the products. The thickness of the zinc coating: from 40 µm. Thermal diffusion galvanizing is used for small-sized products and hardware. The thickness of the applied zinc coating is from 10 µm and higher (subject to agreement with the Customer). The company also provides customers with services for the modification of metal structures for hot-dip galvanizing, packaging of galvanized products and transportation services.

The Republican subsidiary unitary production enterprise "Konus" of the Republican enterprise "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Agricultural Mechanization" provides services for hot-dip galvanizing and thermal diffusion galvanizing of metal products to protect them from corrosion. The plant has the largest hot-dip galvanizing bath in Belarus and one of the largest in Europe, 15 m long, 1.8 m wide and 3.5 m deep, which allows galvanizing metal structures weighing up to 6 tons and with overall dimensions of up to 14 × 1.6 × 3.2 m (L × W × H). Careful preparation of the steel surface, including degreasing with surfactants, etching, washing and fluxing guarantees high quality coating application.
