JSC "AMKODOR-SEMASH" (Holding Management Company) is a leading manufacturer of agricultural machinery. The enterprise produces agricultural machines, equipment, and implements. The history of JSC "AMKODOR-SEMASH" (Holding Management Company) dates back to 1975, when the Dzerzhinsk Plant for the centralized reconditioning of worn automotive parts was commissioned. In 1990, a lease-based enterprise—the Dzerzhinsk "Agromash" Plant – was established at the site; in 2000, it was renamed JSC "Dzerzhinsk 'Agromash' Plant." In 2011, JSC "AMKODOR" acquired a stake in JSC "Dzerzhinsk 'Agromash' Plant." In October 2011, JSC "Dzerzhinsk 'Agromash' Plant" was renamed JSC "Amkodor-Dzerzhinsk." Effective December 15, 2016, the enterprise was renamed JSC "AMKODOR-SEMASH" without undergoing corporate reorganization.
