Impregnated sleepers and beams have already become an easily recognizable brand of the JSC "Borisov sleepers impregnation plant", not only in Belarus, but also far beyond its borders. The requirements of the quality management system for the production of impregnated lumber STB ISO 9001-2015 implemented at the plant are strictly followed. Certificate of Conformity No. BY / 112 05.01.011.02 00051 is valid until June 9, 2027. Wood preservatives meet the requirements of GOST 30495, GOST 30704 in force in the Republic of Belarus. Impregnated sleeper products meet the protection parameters according to GOST 20022.0, GOST 20022.2, GOST 20022.5.

JSC "Borisov sleepers impregnation plant" carries out autoclave impregnation of wood (sleepers, beams for turnout crossings, bridge beams and other products) with oils and water-soluble antiseptics under pressure. Wood impregnation technology provides complete protection against all forms of decay, as well as against insects. The company has implemented and successfully operates technological equipment for surface piercing of sleepers and driving in reinforcing end plates, due to which the antiseptic evenly and deeply penetrates into difficult-to-impregnate areas of wood, thereby improving the quality of impregnation and increasing the service life of products. Since 2013, the company has been an active exporter of its products. According to the results of 2024, the share of exports in revenue from product sales amounted to 72.7%.
