Dzerzhinsky Experimental Mechanical Plant (DEMZ) offers the following cassette molds: a cassette mold for casting reinforced concrete semi-frames (L-shaped), cassette molds for vertical casting of reinforced concrete wall panels, cassette molds for casting stairways, and cassette molds for vertical casting of ventilation units. DEMZ cassette molds are designed for vertical casting of floor slabs, interior wall panels, partitions for various purposes, and floors.

Dzerzhinsky Experimental Mechanical Plant (JSC) offers a wide range of cassette machines. Two-section (two-sector) cassette machines for vertical casting of reinforced concrete wall panels allow for the casting of panels with thicknesses from 60 to 200 mm, lengths up to 7 m, and heights up to 4 m. Each section can produce from 5 to 12 panels (compartments), with the option of producing two panels in a single compartment. The compartment movement drive is hydraulic. Steam/water is the heat transfer medium. Concrete mix compaction is achieved by vibration compaction, with up to 5 vibrators per compartment. Concrete is reconfigurable. A set of inserts and tooling for reconfiguration is available upon customer request.
