The main activity is the production of cast iron castings for the complete set of agricultural tillage units, internal combustion engines, cylinder liners for engines for cars "GAZ", "ZIL", "KAMAZ", "URAL", as well as inserts of brake drums for cars "VAZ". To date, the most advanced technologies are used in the production: a unique method of casting into lined coquille; the method of centrifugal casting; the method of casting into shell molds; the method of molding casting.

Lida Foundry and Mechanical Plant is a dynamic, rapidly developing enterprise that has been engaged in the production of cast iron casting for more than 30 years. The plant was established on October 01, 1985 on the basis of the foundry of the Lida Automobile Repair Plant for the production of cast iron casting SCH-20 into the ground. Since 1989, the company has been paying more attention to the production of castings in lined coquille, as a less material-intensive and economical type of foundry products.
