Today, the range of products manufactured by JSC «Minsk dairy plant №1», has more than 300 product names. The production capacities of the enterprise allow processing over 1700 tons of milk per day. The company produces not only traditional dairy products-kefir, cottage cheese, milk, sour cream, butter – but also has a large range of desserts (yoghurts, jellies, puddings, pastes). The company has a separate workshop for the production of children's dairy products, which produces milk and kefir for children from eight months, as well as yogurts for children of preschool and school age. A special place in the range is occupied, of course, by glazed cheeses, the production of which was first started in Belarus at our enterprise.
For many years JSC «Minsk dairy plant №1» makes dairy products from natural cow's milk and remains the leader of dairy branch of Republic of Belarus. «Minsk dairy plant №1» knows how the market lives and tries to keep up with modern trends. The enterprise not only remains the first in the market segment, but also increases the range, increases volumes of export, without losing thus the buyer. The investment strategy of the company is aimed at upgrading equipment, using new methods of processing raw materials, resource-saving technologies and automation of process control to improve the quality of products.
