Let out production:

The EM-6705 strength testing system performs various types of tests. Wire lead strength test: During the test, the device's wire lead is hooked with a hook tool and moved downward until it breaks. The meter records the force at which the wire breaks. Volumetric lead strength and spot weld strength test: During testing, a spade tool is moved toward the device's volumetric lead until it touches. The subsequent movement of the table with the device loads the working tool, which transmits load information to the meter. When the lead breaks, the maximum force is recorded. Wire elongation test: To perform the test, a measured length of wire is clamped using two electromechanical clamps. Testing allows us to determine the breaking force and elongation of the wire. All test results are recorded in memory and displayed graphically on the machine's monitor.

This machine is designed for bonding gold or copper wire leads using ultrasonic wedge-to-wedge welding in the manufacturing of electronic components. It can be used, among other applications, in the production of multi-chip microassemblies, in ultra-dense mounting environments on boards and in device housings. It utilizes a high-speed real-time control system with 3D interpolation of the working tool movement. The machine features a large processing field, as well as built-in jumper breakage monitoring and error reporting systems. Welding method: ultrasonic wedge-to-wedge welding. Operating mode: automatic alignment and bonding of leads. Material and dimensions of bonded leads (µm): Al, Au, or Cu wire Ø 17.5...80. Overall dimensions: 1000 × 1200 × 1800 mm. Weight: 520 mm.
