To implement the proposed project, the trust has mastered monolithic housing construction, the construction of frame-type buildings and structures with a hidden crossbar and monolithic floors, as well as the construction of houses with a "wide step"design scheme. We plan to expand the volume of construction of such housing, including for export.

Construction Trust No. 14 was formed on December 9, 1967. During this time, many housing facilities and buildings of social and cultural purpose were built, reconstructions and repairs of buildings and structures were carried out. The trust plans to further increase the volume of housing construction. The Company organizes its work in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001. The test complex of JSC "Construction Trust No. 14" is certified for compliance with the requirements of TPC 45-1. 01-47-2006, which allows monitoring the entire complex of works performed by the company. All types of work performed by the trust and subject to conformity assessment are certified. The products manufactured by the UPTK branch are certified.
