JSC "SDSK" began its economic activity in January 1970. Since its commissioning, the plant has built more than 2.4 million square meters of housing in the cities of the Gomel region, which is more than 42,000 apartments. The plant has more than 130 units of construction equipment and vehicles in operation, including more than 30 lifting machines and mechanisms, including 12 tower cranes. In 2014, the technical modernization of production was completed, allowing the plant to build up to 100 thousand m2 of housing per year, houses of new series. The quality management system has been implemented and certified in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2009.
JSC "Svetlogorsk House-building Plant" is a construction organization that is technically equipped with modern means of mechanization, capable of performing the entire complex of works on the construction of housing, engineering networks and landscaping facilities. JSC "Svetlogorsk DSK" has been accepted as a member of the non-profit partnership "Self-regulating organization " Interregional Association of Builders", which grants the right to engage in construction on the territory of the Russian Federation.
