Turov Dairy Industrial Complex OJSC produces delicious soft and semi-hard cheeses under the Bonfesto and Bonfesto Cooking brands. Cheeses under the Bonfesto brand are intended for retail sale. Among the most popular varieties: soft and semi-hard mozzarella, ricotta, cream cheese, mascarpone, provoletta and scamorza. Particular attention is paid to quality control. There is a quality management system (complies with international requirements of ISO 9001:2015), a food safety management system (complies with international requirements of the FSSC 22000 scheme), a Halal system according to the UAE.S GSO 2055-1:2015 standard, an environmental management system, and an occupational health and safety management system. Laboratory control is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union and the requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, as well as in accordance with the internal specifications of the enterprise. The production laboratory complies with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 (ISO/IEC 17025:2017, IDT).

OJSC Turov Dairy Industrial Complex was founded in 2010 as part of the State Program for the Development of Pripyat Polesie and became the first enterprise in Belarus specializing in the production of traditional Italian cheeses. The solutions implemented at the Turov Dairy Industrial Complex milk processing enterprises in Belarus. The enterprise's capacity allows for the annual processing of more than 250 thousand tons of raw materials, producing about 38,000 tons of cheese per year. More than 80% of the products of the Turov Dairy Industrial Complex are supplied abroad. Over a decade of operation, shipments have been made to more than 20 countries, including Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Jordan, China, Moldova, Mongolia, etc. At the same time, the main trading partners for the plant remain Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
