The assortment of the Turov Dairy Plant under the Bonfesto brand includes three formats of mozzarella balls: mini, midi and maxi. Small mozzarella balls are very convenient for use in salads, making canapés, and hot - for pasta. They can also be used as an independent snack. Medium-sized mozzarella balls are used to prepare cold appetizers, salads and hot dishes. Large balls of mozzarella are most often used to prepare the Italian appetizer caprese - alternately laid out slices of mozzarella, tomatoes and basil leaves.

Turov Dairy Plant became the first enterprise in Belarus to start producing mozzarella cheese on an industrial scale. Mozzarella is a natural soft fresh cheese of the Pasta Filata group. Mozzarella Bonfesto is made from fresh high-quality milk without adding preservatives, due to which the cheese has a delicate creamy taste and also has a high protein content.
