Batch-action foundry cup mixer with vertically rotating rollers model 15114 is designed to prepare single, filler, facing and core mixtures on sand bases with dust and liquid additives. The mixer is used in mixture preparation departments of foundries. The mixer's operation consists of compacting the mixture with rollers, followed by loosening with moldboards and roller pins in order to envelop the particles of the mixture with clay components.
