We produce bronze bushing blanks with preliminary mechanical processing from bronzes, brasses, aluminum alloys in accordance with OST 24.916.01 of the following grades: - tin bronzes: BrO5Ts5S5, BrO10F1, BrO10Ts2 and others; - aluminum bronzes: BrA9ZhZL, BrA9Zh4, BrA9Zh3L, BrA10Zh3Mts2L, BrA10Zh4N4 and others; special alloys: kunial MNA 6-1.5 and others; brasses: L63, LS-59-1L, and others; aluminum alloys: AK9, AK12, AK5M2 and others. Production capabilities allow us to manufacture blanks with a maximum outside diameter of 400 mm, maximum length of 500 mm, maximum product weight of 60 kg, minimum wall thickness of a bushing-type product of 10 mm.

LLC "AVERLIT" produces plain bearings, bronze bushings for industrial engines, as well as bushings, bumpers, rings made of bronze grades BrO4Ts4S17, BrO5Ts5S5 (GOST 613-79), brass L63 (GOST 15527-70), cast iron ni-resist (GOST 7969-82), intended for use in installations of electric centrifugal pumps (UESP) of Russian and foreign manufacturers. The manufactured products are intended for the assembly and repair of installations of electric centrifugal pumps, have high antifriction properties and are used for mechanisms operating under high loads in an aggressive environment.
