A specialized line for the production of purees and juice products in glass containers has been installed in the baby food workshop. It produces purees for baby food from fruits, vegetables, meat and fish, as well as purees containing cream and cottage cheese. Additional units on the line perform preliminary flaw detection of glass jars used in production and control the tightness of the sealing of the finished product. The enterprise also has a workshop for the preparation and processing of meat and fish raw materials into purees for baby food. The installed refrigeration and freezing chambers allow for the simultaneous storage of up to 10 tons of raw materials ready for processing.
