Flexopak-Pol LLC produces multilayer polyethylene films made by the method of three-layer coextrusion with the addition of linear and bimodal polyethylene. Such films are available as a sleeve or web. Film thickness varies from 30 to 200 microns, sleeve width - 1.25 meters (sleeve in a turn of 2.5 m). The bobbing machine will allow cutting the film into the required formats. The PE film production capacity is more than 200 tons per month, depending on the size of the film materials. Flexopac-Paul LLC is equipped with flexographic machines for six-color and full-color printing (Bielloni Tina 2000 (Italy), colorfulness of 6 colors), a new high-performance, fully automated flexographic machine KYMC FX680S (Taiwan) was purchased. The power of the machine allows you to print over 200 tons of film per month, which will increase the production of colored films by 2 times.

Flexopac-Pol LLC is one of the largest manufacturers of polyethylene packaging in the Republic of Belarus, has extensive experience in the production of various types of bags and films, including with the application of full-color multicolor (up to 6 colors) flexographic printing. The existing equipment has the ability to process low-pressure polyethylene up to 200 tons, high-pressure polyethylene up to 200 tons monthly. In 2013, a new flexographic printing workshop was built on flexible materials with a total area of 1176 sq.m.
