The company is equipped with engineering and technical personnel consisting of the services of the chief engineer, Deputy Director for Quality, head of production, chief mechanic, chief power engineer, which allows you to solve all the problems facing the production. The staff of our company is constantly looking for new technological solutions in the production of castings under pressure and the use of the latest protective and lubricating materials. When working out possible orders, we provide consulting services in the design of molds and dies. When signing cooperation agreements, the company assumes the unconditional fulfillment of the necessary qualitative and quantitative indicators in the production of the ordered products.
Sigma was founded in 1992. The main activity is the casting of castings from aluminum and zinc alloys on injection molding machines. The company provides casting services to a number of machine-building enterprises. In 2010, the enterprise was re-equipped. Modern casting machines with a robotic complex were purchased. There is a finishing treatment of the surface of the parts (shot blasting, polymer coating). Currently, the company's capacities allow increasing the volume of services for the production of cast products, as well as for polymer coating.
