The technology and manufacturing processes for composite gratings were developed and fully tested in collaboration with the German resin manufacturer BUFA Composite Systems GmbH & Co. KG. The use of BUFA's specialized casting orthophthalic, isophthalic, and vinyl resins allows for the production of truly high-quality products that meet all international requirements for strength, rigidity, resistance to aggressive environments and UV radiation, as well as fire safety. Other components used in the production of composite gratings, such as fiberglass and fire-resistant components, have also undergone a full audit by German specialists and received approval for use under the Technical Specifications.
CPF – International is a modern manufacturing company specializing in the production of FRP (Fiberglass Resistant Plastic) composite gratings. The company offers composite gratings without a non-slip surface, which have the same technical characteristics as other gratings. Their distinctive feature is smooth surfaces on both sides of the grating. They are widely used in the architectural design of buildings and structures, roof enclosures, enclosure systems for process equipment, and other structures.
