Standard equipment configuration. Chamber diameter is 1100 mm. Forevacuum pumping is based on two mechanical pumps. The first stage is a vane rotor pump with a capacity of 250 m3/h. The second stage is a Roots pump with a capacity of 500 m3/h. High-vacuum pumping is organized on a cryogenic pump with a nitrogen pumping speed of 10,000 l/s. A spiral pump with a pumping speed of 12.5 m3/h is installed for regeneration. INFICON sensors are installed in the equipment to control the vacuum. The unit is equipped with two resistive and two electron beam evaporators VTT-8 of our own production. An HCS-3000 ion source is used to clean the products and assist the coating during the spraying process. To control the speed and thickness of the deposited film, the unit is equipped with an SQC 310 quartz control system.

Purpose: deposition of high-quality multilayer optical coatings for the visible, infrared and ultraviolet ranges. On the vacuum unit of this model, it is possible to deposit filters of various configurations, anti-reflection coatings, mirror coatings, coatings that increase the reflection coefficient. For spectral control of the optical characteristics of the coating, a transmission and reflection control system of our own production is used in the ranges of 380-1100 nm and 900-1700 nm, built on the basis of the VIS100 and NIR100 optical line. To heat the products during the deposition process, lower heating with infrared lamp heaters is used. The unit can be equipped with other pumping means upon agreement with the consumer. Installation of upper heating elements is possible. Planetary equipment can be installed for spraying specialized parts and achieving higher uniformity on products.
