YUKON RU LLC offers toroidal transformers (autotransformers) of its own production—winding products based on toroidal twisted ribbon magnetic cores—the core of the company's product line. Toroidal transformers are the most efficient of the entire family of transformers. They have a smaller weight and dimensions while transmitting the same power. This, combined with the transformer's ring shape, facilitates installation, and their high efficiency makes them economical to operate and manufacture. Better cooling of the toroidal transformer windings is ensured by their uniform distribution along the core. Because the windings are shorter, the efficiency of toroidal transformers is higher due to the lower resistance of the winding wires.

YUKON RU LLC mass-produces custom-made two- and multi-winding transformers with power ratings from 1 VA to 33 kVA, designed for use in industrial, specialty, and household equipment and devices (including powering vacuum tube amplifiers). We accept orders for individual units. Units not included in the standard product line are manufactured based on the customer's winding or electrical data. We offer free design services for custom-made units. When designing a transformer, we calculate the core cross-sectional area, window area, and winding wire diameters, and select the optimal magnetic circuit dimensions based on the required wound dimensions and overheating temperature. Free samples are available. Transformers have no restrictions on the number of windings or voltage levels. We develop and supply analogs of TTP, OSM, OSR, and other transformers, including those in the SH-shaped design, while maintaining the same electrical characteristics and dimensions.
