Temperature measuring instruments include bimetallic thermometers with a temperature range of 0 to +200°C; available with case diameters of 63 mm and 100 mm and immersion stem lengths of 50 mm, 60 mm, 64 mm, 100 mm, and 160 mm; configurations include axial, radial, and pipe-mounted types, as well as models for domestic use. Electric contact pressure gauges (EKM) are designed to measure the gauge pressure of non-corrosive, non-crystallizing media and to provide discrete control of electrical circuits for auxiliary and regulating devices. Key specifications for the EKM100Vm (EKM160Vm) gauge include: measurement range of 0–400 kPa to 4 MPa (0–400 kPa to 25 MPa); case diameter of 100 mm (160 mm); accuracy classes of 2.5 and 1.5; and a radial connection configuration (bottom-mounted stem). The connection thread is M20×1.5. The ingress protection rating according to GOST 14254-96 is IP40. The average service life of the EKM100Vm (EKM160Vm) gauge is 10 years. The measuring spring, connection stem, and mechanism are made of copper alloy. The window is made of industrial-grade glass. The dial is made of PVC, steel, or white-painted aluminum alloy. EKM100Vm (EKM160Vm) gauges can be equipped with a damper (DM) to reduce pressure pulsations in the working medium. EKM100Vm (EKM160Vm) gauges are manufactured in accordance with GOST 2405-88 and TU RB 37388602.002-96.
