At Zubr Energy battery plant, the production process is automated using the principles of lean manufacturing. To improve production efficiency and product quality at 1AK-ZUBR: automated post burning is used; levels of electrolyte are monitored automatically; automatic labeling line is used; regular tests are performed to monitor the quality of batteries in its own laboratory. Major equipment and technology suppliers: La Pneumatica (Italy); TBS (Great Britain); Accurate product (Denmark); Digatron (Germany).

Zubr Energy Limited Liability Companyis is a plant producing starter batteries supplied to the world and domestic automakers. Its regular customers include such famous companies as Volkswagen, MAZ, MTZ. Batteries has been produced since 2000. Collaboration with the global corporation Exide allowed us to gain the necessary experience in the field of battery production. In 2018, Exide Technologies JLLC was renamed Zubr Energy LLC and incorporated in the structure of 1AK-GROUP.
