The state-owned enterprise "Vitebsk DSK" is the only manufacturer of the 111-108 series of houses in Belarus, and the company has successfully implemented energy-efficient production principles. The modernized sections of the KPD 111-108 series of residential buildings are manufactured in accordance with current technical regulations and the technical capabilities of the KPD plant. The 111-108 series offers extensive open-plan apartment layouts and is the only large-panel building in our country with longitudinal load-bearing walls. This series allows for any combination of apartments on the landing and floor: you can combine all one-bedroom apartments, all two-bedroom apartments, all three-bedroom apartments, or a variety of different types.
