Cheeses at BELSYR JLLC are produced using rare biotechnology with the use of original freeze-dried and deep-frozen bacterial starter cultures, which allow for high stability of the technological process and the possibility of obtaining a high-quality product. The company produces 12 types of cheeses (If necessary, Belsyr JLLC has equipment that allows it to produce about 100 types of cheeses). The available capacities allow to produce 23 tons of finished products per day. Sales volumes have grown by more than 30% over the past 5 years, which indicates a competent economic policy of the enterprise.

Today, the Joint limited liability company "Belsyr" is one of the leading producers of cheeses in the Republic of Belarus with foreign investments. The main activity of the plant is milk processing and cheese production of 3 main groups: Russian cheeses; Dutch cheeses; Elite cheeses. Thanks to cooperation with large retail chains, the plant managed to expand sales markets within the country and abroad. Today, the company's products can be found on the shelves of stores throughout Belarus, as well as in the Moscow, Smolensk, Bryansk regions, Krasnodar Territory and other regions of Russia. 70% of the products are exported, where they are sold in full.
