We offer you to use a set of reagents for the self-preparation of "ex tempore" liquid medium for the detection of AR in stomach biopsies (kit - kit). In other words: you prepare the BOOTH yourself just before using it: "Just add water." It is necessary to add 1 ml of distilled water to the tube with urea and indicator, stir and the SCU is ready. A yellow solution was obtained in a volume of 1.5 ml. When stomach biopsies are placed in it, in the presence of AR, the color changes from yellow to raspberry within 1-15 minutes. In the absence of AR, the color does not change and remains yellow for a long time (up to 24 hours).
