A distinctive feature of our products is 100% naturalness: complete absence of preservatives and pasteurization. Only select caviar and salt 2.8%. Shelf life 2 months. We also produce caviar with a preservative and a salt level of 3.5%. In this case, the shelf life of caviar is 9 months. The highest quality of our production is certified by the international certificates in the food industry FSSC 2000 (the Certificate of system of food safety) , ISO 22000, HASSP, other certificates.
Admiral Husso is one of the first producers of natural caviar by traditional bottom-hole method without additional processing, with the minimum percent of salt, and also delicacies from sturgeon (balyk of cold Smoking, sturgeon in own juice).
