The main type of products of JSC "Gomelski VSZ" is depot, factory, capital and capital repair of cars. Since 2008, the plant has started to produce new cars, and in 2010 it mastered the repair of special self-propelled rolling stock (SSPS-DGKu railcars, MPT-4 motor locomotives). The company has also mastered the production of 5,000 items of spare parts for rolling stock and industrial needs. Currently, cast iron products and steel products are produced (including more than 200 items made by precision steel casting).

JSC "Gomelski VSZ" repairs more than 150 types of cars for various purposes, including: four-axle passenger cars: reserved seats, compartment, soft, RIC, inter-regional; flaw detection cars: magnetic, ultrasonic, combined; track measuring cars: TsNII-2, TsNII-4MD, KVL; laboratories: flaw detection, weight measurement, fluorography, metrological, automation and radio communication; stations: bridge testing, tunnel testing, water pump, radio station, power station, and others; special-purpose cars: postal, baggage, postal-baggage, service, restaurants, pharmacies, clubs, special baggage, communications, diesel-power station, tour, etc.
