The plant produces a wide range of building materials: first- and third-category aerated concrete blocks; sand-lime brick and stone, including three-dimensionally colored; aerated concrete and reinforced concrete lintels; concrete basement wall blocks; cylindrical standing seam support and wall rings; manhole bottom and cover slabs; polystyrene foam insulation boards for exterior and interior use; mortar and concrete mixes; a variety of dry mortar mixes; and universal primer.

Mogilev KSI JSC offers aerated concrete lintels. They are designed to span openings in external and internal walls made of small aerated concrete blocks in residential and public buildings. They are suitable for load-bearing and self-supporting walls of buildings up to five stories high, but no more than 15 meters high, and for non-load-bearing walls – with no floor limit. Advantages: improved thermal properties due to the cellular structure; high strength characteristics allow them to withstand loads of up to 15 kN/m; low bulk density compared to reinforced concrete products simplifies transportation and installation of the lintels.
