The plant produces a wide range of building materials: first- and third-category aerated concrete blocks; sand-lime brick and stone, including three-dimensionally colored; aerated concrete and reinforced concrete lintels; concrete basement wall blocks; cylindrical standing seam support and wall rings; manhole bottom and cover slabs; polystyrene foam insulation boards for exterior and interior use; mortar and concrete mixes; a variety of dry mortar mixes; and universal primer.

Mogilev KSI JSC offers non-pressure reinforced concrete pipes made of heavy-duty concrete, strength class C25/30 F200 W6. These products comply with the requirements of STB 1163 and these working drawings. These pipes are designed for underground non-pressure pipelines transporting domestic and industrial liquids, as well as atmospheric wastewater, by gravity, that are non-aggressive to concrete and reinforced concrete. These pipes are not intended for use as culverts in road and railway embankments. Rubber sealing cuffs are used to seal the pipe joints. The useful length of the pipes (excluding the socket) is 2500 mm. Reinforced concrete non-pressure pipes are designed in five groups according to their bearing capacity and installation depth (to the top of the pipe) respectively: Group 1 – up to 2 m; Group 2 – up to 4 m; Group 3 – up to 6 m; Group 4 – up to 8 m; Group 5 – up to 10 m.
