Let out production:

The Slutsk vinegar plant was built in 1875 by the landowner Mikhail Grigorievich Pokrepsky. In those days, alcohol was produced at the plant. After the October Revolution, a grain state farm was organized. The distillery existed until 1959. In the same year, the plant was reconstructed for the production of natural alcoholic vinegar. December 18, 1959, the distillery was transformed into a canning and vinegar plant. At present, reconstruction has been carried out here to increase capacities in order to provide the republic with natural alcoholic vinegar, harmless and beneficial to human health.
