The SALUTEM automatic bucket washer is equipped with two coarse filters that perform the following functions: 1. Large Particle Removal: They effectively remove large particles of dirt, sand, and other contaminants that may be present in the water. This prevents clogging and damage to subsequent filtration stages and equipment. 2. Equipment Protection: The filters protect pumps, valves, and other mechanical components from wear and damage caused by large particles. 3. Increased Wash Efficiency: Removing large contaminants improves the quality of the wash and allows for more thorough cleaning of buckets. 4. Extended Service Life: Filtration of large particles helps extend the service life of the entire equipment, reducing the risk of breakdowns and the need for frequent maintenance. Since the equipment is designed for constant contact with water, each component is made of food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel.
The SALUTEM automatic bucket washer is designed to maintain hygiene, cleaning, and disinfecting of farm utensils. The equipment can wash up to 300 buckets per hour. The design of the equipment, along with high-performance pumps and nozzles that spray the cleaning solution, allows for high productivity without compromising cleaning quality. The bucket cleaning process is a three-stage process. The equipment operates on a carousel principle, allowing it to be operated by a single operator. The equipment is supplied assembled and includes a frame that facilitates transport by forklift. The bucket rotation speed can be smoothly adjusted. The electric heaters are housed in a special flask that prevents contact with water, ensuring continuous operation of the water heaters throughout the warranty period.
