ADN units are most effective when cultivating abandoned fields, fields with lodged grain crops, corn residue, and tall green manure crops. The unit ensures more intensive mixing of soil and plant residues under these and other demanding conditions. In a single pass, the implement shreds and incorporates crop residues and weeds into the soil, creates a loosened and leveled soil layer, and incorporates applied fertilizers. Utilizing the ADN implement within a minimum tillage system helps enhance soil fertility and restore the natural humus layer while significantly reducing direct crop cultivation costs—specifically by lowering the required number of machine operators and fuel consumption (fuel cost savings amount to $1,300–$1,500 per 100 hectares).

The ADN "DISKATOR" unit—featuring a fixed disc attack angle—is used within machinery complexes for primary and pre-sowing soil cultivation based on energy- and resource-saving technologies. It is suitable for preparing land for grain, industrial, and forage crops, as well as for stubble breaking and the improvement of meadows and pastures. It is also used for sowing multi-component pasture mixes, green manure crops, rapeseed, winter cereals for green fodder, grasses, and other small-seeded crops, as well as for applying starter doses of mineral fertilizers. Soil preparation and sowing are performed in a single operation. A single pass of this unit is equivalent to three passes of a traditional disc harrow!
