GD-Defoamer is a highly effective silicone defoaming emulsion – a silicone defoamer. It is used to prevent foam formation in aqueous, oil-water, and other environments. Applications include the textile, metalworking, gas and oil refining, paint and varnish, rubber, pulp and paper industries, and in the production of laundry detergents. The working concentration of GD-Defoamer is determined empirically for each specific application. On average, this is 0.1–0.5 liters of prepared solution per 1,000 liters of foaming medium.
