LLC “Production company “Sadkom” has been producing mashed puree, jam for 17 years. Puree is made from summer varieties of apples, and from apples with a high content of pectin. The puree produced by our company is ideal for the production of marmalade and marshmallow. Jam is produced, taking into account the wishes of the customer, the consistency of the proposed jam can be from soft pasty to dense thermostable.
