Among the reserves for the development of the industrial sector, he called for continuous modernization of existing industries, processes, including business processes, and the construction of new industries. An important area is the timely release of innovative products.
As a positive example, the Deputy Minister cited the Belarusian automobile plant, which is one of the world leaders in the production and sale of dump trucks. "This trend will continue, because the groundwork has been created for the new technology, which will be implemented in the next five years. This is due in part to the fact that in the past years the modernization of production was carried out," explained Sergey Gunko.
He stressed that industrial enterprises should continue to work to increase the added value of products. "This is the most difficult process, which requires new technologies and, most importantly, new thinking among specialists who could manage the relevant processes," the Deputy Minister said.
The Belarusian industrial forum is held on June 1 in Minsk Football arena. The program includes more than 50 events. The Central place is occupied by the XXI international specialized exhibition "TechnoProm", where the theme of the fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) gives the exhibition a special sound.
