She noted that the Minsk platform has proved its effectiveness. "The site itself works. Judge for yourself, this is the third "Minsk dialogue", gathered about 600 delegates and participants from 40 countries. This kind of communication is unique. Without this opportunity, without the moment of dialogue, it is impossible for us to come to some new formats for the implementation of political decisions," Elena Korosteleva concluded.
