  1. Electrical equipment.

A microprocessor circuit for controlling the electrical equipment of a self-propelled car has been developed and implemented on existing samples, which has a number of significant advantages:

1.1 Ability to quickly change the functioning of the circuit without interfering with the electrical circuit diagram;

1.2 Possibility to provide visualization of equipment operation (measurement of current values of car speed, phase voltages);

1.3 Ability to provide visualization of faults;

1.4 Saving information about operation and malfunctions in non-volatile memory with the ability to view, transfer data;

2.1 The working pressure in the steering hydraulic system has been increased to 18.0 MPa: increasing the speed of the system and reducing the effort on the steering wheel; 2.2 The working pressure in the hydraulic system of the brakes has been increased to 12.0 MPa: an increase in the speed of the brake system, the implementation of a greater braking force in the working and parking brake mechanisms.

2.3 Installation of bridge lifting jacks: reduction of time for maintenance and repair of the car undercarriage.

3.1 The body of mass-produced wagons consists of three parts, which greatly facilitates the descent into the mine.

 4.1 The use of disc-type parking brakes with the possibility of realizing a larger braking torque and simplified regulation.
