Three novelties in the category of sauces were presented by the company KAMAKO: tomato sauce "Minskiy" with taste "Garlic", mayonnaise KAMAKO "Provencal with lemon juice", ketchup "Tomato" with taste "Barbecue".
The line of tomato sauces under the brand name "Minsky" has been replenished with an interesting spicy taste "Garlic". The product has a natural composition, it is made exclusively on the basis of tomato paste with the addition of spices and garlic. Sauce "Minsky" with a bright taste "Garlic" will perfectly complement pasta, vegetable or meat stew, pizza, omelet, soups, casseroles. Ideal as a ready-made sauce for hot dishes.
Mayonnaise KAMAKO "Provencal with lemon juice" is a variant of the classic mayonnaise recipe with the addition of concentrated lemon juice. Mayonnaise has a light aroma and delicate citrus taste. It is perfect for fish and seafood dishes, it will be a great addition to salads, appetizers, and snacks. The line of Pomidyur ketchups was complemented by the popular and expressive taste of Barbecue. During the presentation tasting, the author of these lines had a chance to try all three novelties. As it turned out, each has its own, special character.
On the one hand, the Minskiy tomato sauce with the “Garlic” taste immediately attracts with the softness and juiciness of natural tomato paste, the clearly palpable taste of as if freshly grated garlic, together with spices that subtly but firmly complement the entire composition. Imagined how it would be chewed with well-done meat. I think it will not only be delicious, it will be a pleasure from food.
Mayonnaise KAMAKO "Provencal with lemon juice" surprised not so much by the fact that it clearly read the taste of natural lemon juice. It is the optimal combination of light mayonnaise, in which there is nothing superfluous, and an unobtrusive lemon taste (which, in fact, is not so easy to make) that creates the feeling of exactly that sweet-sour lightness that gourmets of fish dishes and salads appreciate in mayonnaise sauces. In general, this sauce is for those who like to enjoy refined and pure taste.
But the “Pomidyur” ketchup line with “Barbecue” flavor - this new product turned out to be a whole symphony of different natural tastes, each of which is interesting in itself. To the same juicy taste of tomato paste, the sweet personality of prunes is added to the place, which is difficult to confuse with another taste, and this sweet couple, in turn, is complemented by the spicy, clear taste of cloves, as well as a slight smell of fire smoke. As soon as I tasted it, I somehow immediately imagined juicy pieces of chicken and grilled pork ribs, which you are about to remove, and, barely cooled, season with thick sauce, and eat greedily ...
In general, I think the three new products from KAMAKO were successful. I think lovers of tomato and mayonnaise sauces will be interested in trying new tastes and choosing the one that they like best. Although, I must say right away, the choice will not be easy.
