On the one hand, this is the so-called medical tourism program-the export of medical services, which has been widely discussed, including by government agencies and the media. What is it? If we are engaged in Transplantology, this means that we must have ventilators, we must have intensive care rooms, we must have trained people. "Based on this, Belarus can afford a softer slide to tough measures. Belarus, as long as it can contain the growth of diseases, can be in the mode in which it is," Tyszkiewicz said.
According to the expert, Belarus can move to the next (tougher) stage of the fight against COVID-19, when the number of infections exceeds a thousand.
"According to my calculations, the number of patients in the amount of 1500-1700 will be the red line when the Belarusian authorities take very drastic measures," the analyst added.
