Let out production:

Machines for casting volumetric block rooms are manufactured using OBD technology in two types: "Cap" volumetric blocks and "Recumbent Cup" volumetric blocks. The "Recumbent Glass" type volumetric block room molding machines manufactured by the Dzerzhinsk Experimental Mechanical Plant consist of three monolithically connected interior walls with a ceiling and floor, but without an exterior (façade) wall. The exterior wall panel for the "Recumbent Glass" block is manufactured separately and installed at the factory or on-site. The block is also produced with a cantilevered balcony slab, molded together with the block. The side walls (along the long side of the block) are rigidly connected to the floor and ceiling, as they form a single structure, molded in a single step. To facilitate formwork removal, technological slopes of 15 mm are provided along the length of the wall. The cost of concrete consumption for creating the slopes is offset by the parallel installation of the sides to the core, resulting in a savings of 0.25 m² of concrete per block.

A "Cap" block is a monolithic structure consisting of four walls with a ceiling, but without a floor. It is installed on the previous block, the ceiling of which serves as the floor of the next. The ceiling can also be an extension of the balcony or loggia slab, manufactured integrally with the block. The outer wall in a "Cap" block can be cast together with all the other walls, using a single, double, or triple layer. Alternatively, its façade section can be manufactured separately, insulated, and then attached to the cap. For formwork removal, technological slopes are provided along the wall height for all walls, within 15 mm. Concrete can be supplied to the casting machine only from above. The height of the room can be adjusted by "cutting" (installing cutoff valves in the casting machine), but the area of the room remains unchanged.
