The ISL-40 mixing machine (ISL-40 mixer-cooler) is designed to prepare molding sand in conditions where the temperature of the burnt (return) mixture in the bins above the runners is above 45-50C. The ISL-40 mixer is a periodic-action cup mixer with a vortex head and an activator. The mixer includes: a dosing system; a control and monitoring system for the operation of mixers; the ISL-40 mixer. The climatic version of the mixer is UHL category 4 GOST 15150-69.
