The history of the company begins in July 1944, when the Voronovskaya Machine and Tractor Station (MTS) was organized, the first director of which was Dmitry Hristoforovich Murashko.In 1958, the Voronovskaya MTS was reorganized into a machine-reclamation station (MMC). Since the beginning of 2011, the company has been managed by Alexander Vladimirovich Shopinshchikov. Agricultural machinery is the largest industrial enterprise of the district, which includes production, construction and installation, and motor transport sites. Currently, the company serially produces trailers, semi-trailers.
