Based on the results of production and economic activities of JSC Gomel DSK, in 2019, housing was commissioned with a total area of 95.5 thousand square meters. Gomel House-Building Plant OJSC continues to increase export of goods and services. In 2017, the plant performed construction of a training base in the city of Kaluga for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. The construction of a residential neighborhood in the city of Kaluga is ongoing.
