In terms of value, the countries included in the Top 15 exporters carried out almost four-fifths (79.5%) of world milk exports in 2020.
Among the key suppliers of milk, the fastest growing countries in terms of exports of this product since 2016 were: Ireland (an increase of 147%), Poland (an increase of 65.3%), the United States (an increase of 63.3%) and New Zealand (an increase of 49.3%).
Unfortunately, Belarus was one of the two countries that reduced milk exports over the past five years. The decrease in milk export sales for the 5-year period by Belarus amounted to -6.9%. The second state that reduced sales was Saudi Arabia -4.9%.
