As noted at the enterprise, 240-toners for EVRAZ KGOK are made according to individual technical requirements of the consumer and are equipped with additional devices. The machines have created increased conditions for the comfort of drivers' work: heat and vibration isolation, as well as effective heating and ventilation systems that provide the optimum temperature in all weather conditions.
As they said at the plant, the first 240-ton BELAZ was put into operation at EVRAZ KGOK in August last year, it became a pioneer dump truck at mining enterprises of the Sverdlovsk region in the class of equipment with such an impressive carrying capacity. Belarusian machines unique to this Ural region were delivered to the plant as part of an investment program to further expand the production capabilities of one of the largest iron ore producers in Russia.
Kachkanarsky GOK is very seriously prepared for the acceptance of replenishment from Belarus. Especially for the movement of BELAZ heavy trucks, KGOK built technological roads with a width of more than 20 m, a box and a car wash, and acquired equipment for their maintenance. As a result, until the end of 2019, two more of the same dump trucks entered the line. Now, taking into account two new Belaz heavyweights, the most complex production tasks for ore transportation in the quarry of the Kachkanarsky GOK are solved by five 240-ton dump trucks of the Belarusian brand.

It occupies about 30% of the global market for heavy-duty mining dump trucks. It produces the world's largest mining truck with a payload capacity of 450 t.
