In Minsk to discuss the issues of investment attractiveness of the pharmaceutical industry of Belarus

Chairman of the state Committee on science and technology of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Shumilin participates in the events. In his speech, he noted that the innovation policy in Belarus is the basis for strategic planning of socio-economic development of the state. "The implementation of research and development in priority areas, including, of course, medicine, pharmacy, medical equipment – one of the main tasks of our country," - said Alexander Shumilin.

The Chairman of the SCST also said that the volume of pharmaceutical products produced under the State program for the development of the pharmaceutical industry in 2017 amounted to more than 6,009.5 thousand rubles. By the end of 2020, it is planned to complete work on 42 R & d projects Under the above-mentioned program and release about 40 new medicines.

It should also be noted that in 2017 more than 130 new methods of medical care (methods of diagnosis, treatment, medical prevention of diseases, medical rehabilitation of patients) were developed, 6 medicines, 9 diagnostic systems and medical products were registered. So, for the first time in the post-Soviet space "NPC LOTIOS" developed and implemented in JSC "Nesvizh plant of medical preparations" recovery solution based on amino acids for clinical parenteral nutrition "Hamlin 40" (contributes to the prevention of pathological conditions resulting from postoperative and burn injury, multiple injuries, sepsis, endogenous intoxication, the course of chemical-and radiation therapy for cancer).Source of information
