A Protocol of intent was also signed, which involves the implementation of an innovative project by the Technolit group of companies on the creation of a complex for the production of equipment in Mogilev and the production of charcoal in the Klimovichi district. The investment amount is $3 million.
Scientific and practical conference on mechanical engineering and Metalworking is held in Mogilev region for the first time. It was attended by representatives of 15 countries, including Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Turkey, China, India, Egypt and others. The main objectives of the conference are to present scientific developments and investment potential of Mogilev region.
"India is seriously watching the investment potential of Belarus, because your country has an excellent geographical location, which will allow you to export goods both to the Eurasian economic zone and to Europe. I am here primarily to exchange contacts and see for myself what Mogilev and Mogilev region have to offer. Among the industries of interest are metal processing and laser cutting technologies, " said Priyanshu JHA (India), Chairman of the Union of trade and industry promotion organizations.
Participants of the conference will visit Mogilev enterprises: JSC "Plant Belmash", JSC "Mogilevliftmash", JSC "MMZ". On the second day, guests will get acquainted with the developments and scientific and technical base Of the Institute of metal technology of the NAS of Belarus. After that, the delegations will go to Bobruisk, where the presentation of the industrial and investment potential of the city will be held, as well as familiarization with the work of large enterprises: JSC "Belshina" and JSC "Bobruiskagromash".
The conference "mechanical engineering and Metalworking" is organized by Mogilev regional Executive Committee, administration of FEZ "Mogilev", Institute of metal technology of NAS of Belarus and Belarusian-Russian University.
