Meet the MMT-600 container washing machine!
Designed for washing plastic boxes (tared, warehouse, for freezing, universal, fin-packs), plastic universal containers, trays, euro trays, shopping baskets, the overall dimensions of which should be in mm from 280*280*120 up to 700*610*420*, as well as tools and equipment installed in boxes or special baskets, using a washing solution supplied under high pressure through nozzles.
Theoretical productivity (for boxes 600*400*120...420* mm) - 600 pcs./hour.
The conveyor speed, adjustable, is 0.28 ... 5 m/min.
The MMT-600 container washing machine can be equipped with an unloading table with a conveyor shutdown sensor.
The machine operates from the hot water supply network.
The machine has a single welded frame and a one-piece bath installed in it. On the top of the bath there are racks and a back wall, which are connected to each other by roofs and loading and unloading trays.
The machine consists of the following zones: loading, washing, rinsing, unloading.
The machine performs the following technological operations:
- washing with a detergent solution;
- rinsing with water from the hot water supply network.
The machine is operated by two operators during operation. One operator loads dirty containers, the other removes washed ones.
The machine can be operated in rooms with air temperatures from 15 ºС to 40 ºС and an average monthly relative humidity of 80% at 27 ºС.
